Order Cancellation

You may cancel an unpaid or not-yet-dispatched order by WhatsApp (+92 300 5170007) or email (info@bakhtcollection.com) with your order number.

Once the courier has scanned the parcel, cancellation is treated as a return. For prepaid orders we issue store credit for the merchandise after the parcel is recovered, minus outbound courier cost if the parcel has already moved.

Cash-on-delivery orders that are refused at the door without a prior message may be blocked from future COD.
