Exchange window

Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. The item must be in saleable condition. Intimate apparel, marked-down final-sale pieces, and items washed or altered cannot be exchanged.

You cover the cost of sending the parcel back to Kot Addu. Once we inspect it, we dispatch the replacement size or colour on us.

Store credit

If a like-for-like exchange is not possible, we issue store credit for the merchandise value. Credit works online and in the boutique. We do not offer cash refunds on changed-mind orders.

Manufacturing faults: photograph the issue and WhatsApp +92 300 5170007 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit after review.
